In a protected cove with a large dock and approx. 99 feet of beach frontage. The main floor has an open floor plan that leads directly onto a great deck with views of the water and beach. There is one bedroom with a queen and a full bath on the main floor. The lower level has a queen bedroom and a bunkroom. The bunk room has a bunk bed with 2 Queen beds and a trundle twin bed. There is also an additional King air mattress that can be used in the bunkbed room. The lower level also has an additional sitting area, bar area, and a half bath with a washer and dryer. The main bedroom/main bath suite on the upper level has a king and queen bed and a slider to a balcony. The landscaping and stonework is a great bonus.
