This spectacular multi-level home is a rare find! It has 5 Bedrooms and 3 baths. In the Master Loft there is a Queen Bed, and the area is separate from the rest of the house. There is a wonderful sitting area where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time reading, enough room to exercise if you desire and an office/work area. Located on the main level is the Kitchen/ Dining Area and 2 Bedrooms (both with Bunk Beds) and one of the bathrooms. The Kitchen/Dining area is quite spacious and is built with exposed beams lending itself to feel rustic but cozy at the same time. The Dining Table has seating for the entire crew - 12 at least! There also is an inviting and relaxing sitting area near the wood stove. There are French doors leading to the split level decks which are great to take in the beautiful mountain sky in the summertime. Down a couple of steps in the living area sits a big screen smart TV and plenty of room to enjoy a show with the family or play games. Down a few more steps are two more bedrooms, the washer and dryer, and an additional bathroom. On this level, one bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. This house has an amazing location, and defines ski-in, ski-out in Bear Valley: Just don't forget to leave the wet clothes in the Mud Room! Walking into this home the entryway has a beautiful natural Rock Floor where you will leave your coat and wet boots and from there you enter the main living area where you cant miss the HUGE STONE from floor to ceiling where you would sit and enjoy a fire and a good movie on the Big Screen TV after a day of skiing.. On the main floor of the home is the Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There also is a pool table in an extended area of the living room. The Living Room is Large with big windows lots of natural light, great for the views of the mountains. On the 2ndy story and up the spiral stair case there is a Large Loft with its on ensuite bathroom. In the loft area there is a King size bed and 3 twins in addition to a Desk area and a Full Bath with an extra large tile shower stall and extended bath vanity. There is a Master Bedroom on the main floor with a Queen, a twin and a full size trundle bed pullout. In Bedroom 2 there is a King and twin with a full size trundle pull out. The beds are very comfortable with extra thick mattress's for comfort. The Dining table in the home extends up to to 6ft, plenty of room around for the gang to enjoy a home cooked meal. This home is great for a big family or with the layout you could entertain 3 families in the house. You can ski-in and ski-out from this home. THIS HOME IS SNOW BOUND IN THE WINTER MONTHS AND YOU MUST TAKE OVER THE SNOW TRANSPORTATION TO GET THERE - THE ROADS ARE CLOSED TO THE HOME IN THE WINTER - In the summer months just a few steps to Bear Lake for some swimming and a picnic on the lake. During the winter months we do offer transportation to the property when you arrive and when you depart. There are additional snow taxis for transportation if needed during your stay.. There is a free shuttle to the Mountain for downhill skiing that leaves every 30 minutes to and from the Village. And great hikes that you can go on in the summer around the many lakes surrounding Bear Valley. Come stay in this home above it all!

The dining table in the kitchen area has seating for 8 to 9 around it with bench style seating on one side. From the Dining area you can access one of the lofts which has a very comfy Queen Bed well lit with big windows letting natural light in should you desire. The living room for this home is the connection point while the kitchen and dining area are one end on the other end you have the 2 downstairs bedrooms and a split bathroom A vanity and shower on one side and the toilet and an additional vanity on the other. And just beyond the bathrooms there are the 2 downstairs bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room. Both rooms have plenty of natural lighting and storage space for personal belongings. There is also a washer and dryer in a cubby in the kitchen area and a deck just off the living area with a propane grill for summer BBQ's. Great Deck to wake up and have coffee on or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and wind down from a day at the lake. Bear Valley Lake is a 5 min walk from the home. This home is a great place to stay summer, winter or fall.
