With 365 miles of Shoreland, East Grand Lake is known for it's small mouth bass and salmon populations. The numerous coves and cold water springs make this lake a prime destination. Some of the best fishing in Maine can be done here. There are many good locations to fish on the lake. In May and June, salmon anglers should go to Meeting House Point, Little River Cove, Caribou Point, Five Islands and Hayes Point.
