Here is a BEAUTIFUL fully furnished lake front house with a large guest house offered for rent separately located on the very popular Birch Creek part of Lake Fork. Birch Creek has been well known for its big bass that it has produced and is even more known for duck hunting that is hard to beat, although many hogs and even deer are also on the land! The secluded property is a total of 7.2 acres of many trees. It is a perfect hunting or fishing getaway. The main house is a vacation rental that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is a freshly renovated cedar house that was originally built in 2005. Total square footage is over 2400 sq ft. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a king and 2 twin beds. I also have a queen air mattress with bedding for the living room to bring sleeping capability to a total of 8 people. Amenities include a garden whirlpool tub in the master and a huge screened in sunroom for having your morning coffee and reading a book, or enjoying the many types of birds and wildlife outside. The guest house is an ample sized getaway built in 2009 and freshly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a huge front deck with a ceiling fan for relaxing. There is a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and also a queen air mattress for the living room. Do you have a family reunion, business trip, or a wedding coming up? Rent both for a very nice retreat for your friends and family. We also offer help with catering and setup upon request. Don't forget to rent a golf cart or even get two for cruising around the property and up and back to the lake with ease! Smaller duck boats or jon boats may be able to launch at the lake depending on the water level, but larger boats will have to go to a boat ramp and then park at the lake for the weekend. If you need a guide to get you closer to one of those big Lake Fork bass or a guide who knows how to get the ducks out of Birch Creek let me know as I know the best people for the job. Also, I have a guide for catfish and crappie that can put more fish in the boat than anyone I have ever seen! Not all amenities listed below are available in both houses, so if you are counting on something just ask and I will let you know which house has that feature. The main house will rent for $150/nt for up to 2 people and will be $20 for each additional adult but only $10 for each additional child under the age of 15. The guest house is available for $100/nt and $10 each additional person regardless of age. A deposit of 50% will be collected via credit card over the phone to 214 727 8179. Cancelations made 30 days in advance of stay will be subject to $50 administration fee. Within 30 days will not be refunded unless the days are rebooked, but I will offer a one time reschedule for no charge if the weather goofs up your trip. A golf cart rental is highly recommended and will be only $50 for your entire stay. Enjoy!
