Welcome to T&T lake House, a four season private log “A” frame chateau in a secluded setting, on the shores of 1026 acre White Lake, the largest lake in Waupaca County. Nestled in the heart of Central Wisconsin, it is conveniently located from major surrounding areas, such as Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago. The property offers a private and relaxing environment since White Lake is a residential lake with only 1 or 2 seasonal rentals.
Upon entering the front yard, you are greeted with a newly constructed trellised deck with a table and chairs, great for morning coffee or enjoying a summer evening. The deck brings you into the home through a sun room with a vaulted ceiling, a ten foot window overlooking the front yard and a gas stove for those cool evenings!
From the sun room, you enter an open-concept living space, complete with knotty pine walls and a twenty-five foot vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has newly installed stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Beyond the breakfast bar is a dining area with a beautiful quarter sawn dining room set that easily seats up to eight guests. The dining area has sliding doors that lead out to the back yard deck.
Next to the dining area is a large family room with a wall of windows and sliding doors out to the deck. The windows provide lots of light and gorgeous views of the lake. The family room features comfortable leather couches and a flat screen TV, complete with a Bose music system for entertaining. Beyond the family room is a large, private master bedroom with yet another set of sliding doors that lead out to the lake. Inside the master bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed, a large closet, and another flat screen TV. The bathroom is directly across from the master bedroom on the main level and features a large window bringing in the morning sun. The large bathtub is a great way to unwind after a long day spent out on the lake, or you could just as easily hop in the shower to cool down after a hot summer day. There is also ceiling fans in all the living areas.
A spiral staircase in the living room leads up to the loft, which contains a sleeping area with a queen-sized bed and a wall of windows overlooking the front yard. The loft also has a private second bedroom with a second queen-sized bed, picture window, and beautiful views of the property and lake.
The back yard deck is seventy-five feet from the shore line and features a gas cooking stove and a dining table large enough for the entire family. Off the deck you’ll step onto a well maintained lawn with a lakeside fire pit to gather round and roast marshmallows or share campfire stories -- great for chilly evenings! The shoreline has a sandy bottom and is very shallow, perfect for kids. The dock is great for fishing or simply looking out and enjoying the resident eagles and osprey soaring overhead on the lake.
White Lake is known for its great fishing and bird watching. It is a shallow lake with plenty of plant life. You can fish right off the dock, canoe or kayak around the lake, or use any of the three public boat launches. . Included in the rental is your own private dock accessible from the back yard, and two kayaks. For the hunting enthusiast, enjoy waterfowl hunting on the lake, with small game and deer hunting close at hand. There are also nearby trails at Hartman Creek State Park offering great hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. When it is time to hit the town, there is shopping, dining, bowling, movie theaters, flea markets, and county fairs both in town and just 10 minutes outside the town. Try your luck at one of the 3 large casinos located just an hour away.

T&T Lake House also has a new washer/dryer, free long distance phone service, wireless internet, and satellite TV for your enjoyment.
