Description
Appartamento Brio C is an elegant and welcoming apartment. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Brio C you will enjoy a pleasant view over the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Appartamento Brio C is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Vico Equense, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the EAV bus Vico Equense - Marina di Vico line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).
Appartamento Brio C is located on the second floor of the building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Brio C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a private parking lot. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Appartamento Brio C is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. Please find a general description of the complex below, and please scroll further down for a description of Appartamento Brio C.

Appartamento Brio A, B, C, D and E are part of a complex located in Vico Equense. The complex is a charming three-floor building downtown Vico Equense, where you could enjoy the heart of the town and the beauty of the sea.

From the terraces and the windows of almost all the apartments you'll be charmed by the sight of the gulf of Naples with the mount Vesuvius in the distance.

Apartments B, C, D and E are on three floors, each of them reachable by a private elevator. Apartment A is on a mezzanine level, and you could reach it by an external stairway.

On the ground floor, by the main entrance, you'll find a cafè, with a wide common terrace where you can choose to have breakfast.

On the same floor you will reach a restaurant, shared with the other guests of the complex and external customers as well. Here you could have dinner on request, eating special fish dishes cooked by a qualified chef.

Moreover, if you prefer oriental food, you could also try the sushi bar, part of the complex too, open at lunch.

Technology is the protagonist of every apartment of the building. A control panel manage lights, air conditioning and the radio, a switch in every room pulls up and down the blinds. Everything is just a click away!

From the Brio Apartments you could reach different tourist attractions; you'll be a few steps far from the train station, so, from Pompeii to Sorrento, from Capri to Paestum, you could plan a great holiday starting from an accommodation full of comfort! 

 Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the double bedroom through a French door. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view over the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. They include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
