The apartment is located on 1st and 2nd floor of a 17th century building. The top-floor flat offers lovely view in a quiet little square.
Casa Stella has been carefully restored in 2005, with oak-beamed ceiling and marble floor (specially called terrazzo veneziano) and it is equipped with modern, comfortable furniture. It is approx. 80 sqm. and it is perfect for up to 6 guests.

The house is bright and sunny. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, a closet and a dresser. It is very peaceful and quiet.
From an open living room area, a staircase leads up to the second bedroom, where roof windows let in the light and the open-space gives a romantic effect.

The kitchen is newly installed and it is fully equipped: everything you may need to enjoy your holiday, even for long stays, will be at your disposal.

In the bathroom, with a roof window and beautifully decorated, you will find the bath-tub and the washing machine.
The house is very comfortable, having air-conditioning, independent heating and WIFI internet (available on request). Linens are provided.

Casa Stella is very easy to reach, both from the train station (10 minutes walk) and from the airport (Alilaguna boat will take you close to the house in less than one hour).
The location of this lovely house is perfect, since the well-known Campo dei Frari, a large square, famous meeting point of the Venetian people, is just around the corner along with the Frari Church, second most important and beautiful church in town.
At 5 minutes walk there is the Rialto bridge, the most beautiful bridge over the Grand Canal; from there you can reach, walking through the glamorous shops of the Mercerie, Piazza S. Marco.
Yet, the house is peaceful and quiet, being right in the heart of the city, but facing a little square (the Venetian campiello).

In the neighbourhood you will find all the typical Venetian stores you expect to discover in Venice: bakeries, fruit & vegetables stores, fresh fish and meat, good trattorie (typical low-cost restaurants), pizzerie and bars where to have a spritz (Venetian aperitivo) and cicchetti (warm and hot finger food to take with Prosecco or a glass of local Cabernet).

Other Fees: Bed&bath linens, house cleaning and utilities (electricity and gas) are included in the price. 30 euro final cleaning will be required only for short stays (2 nights).
