The cities of Hayden and Hayden Lake both border the western shores of the Lake itself. With 40 miles of shoreline and a full service marina, Hayden Lake is a popular spot for both fishing and water sports. With three boat ramps, the lake is easily accessible. Two 18-hole golf courses are nearby, one at the Hayden Lake Country Club, and another PGA-rated course at Avondale on Hayden. The lake’s close proximity to Spokane is convenient, and the many recreational opportunities available are enhanced by the limited access and peaceful water traffic.
