Guests can use the YMCA across the street for a of charge USD 5.00 a day. This is a smoke free property. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of reservation. There is a USD 35.00 non-refundable damage waiver fee that applies to stays of 4 nights and longer.

Three Bedroom- USD 125.00 cleaning fee.
