Why did they not tell us at arrival? On the other hand, the two men who did come over, Nick and Mike were very professional and Margie called to ask if we were OK. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2010 The dishwasher did not work (we did not know this or get a discount). The washer and dryer were new. The garbage disposal broke a couple times but we were able to reset it frmo underneath (there is a reset button on the bottom). "Gourmet kitchen" was advertised, but that was a running joke with our group. Its a 1970s-1980s kitchen, certainly workable, but hardly gourmet. Lots of nooks and crannys for the kids. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2008 we have stayed in this cabin several times in the past. it is a great location, close to everything. we were not as happy with things this time, it seemed like the kitchen wasnt as stocked as it usually is with utensils etc. also, the cabin wasnt real clean like it has been in the past, looks like instead of a good cleaning, a rush cleaning was done, bathroom was kinda icky... other than that, we all had a great time.
