Stayed for 10 days in September, 2011 We have stayed here several times (different condos) This condo needs some major updating. & maintenance. Arrived, no AC, ice maker does not work, TV was not working, lock on closet door broke, DVD not connected, shower door off track, screen doors do not roll on track. We could go on. The location is great, but the condo not so. Also was a little surprised that the rental agent walked in on us, should have known we were there since it was 2 days into our reservation. Lands End Unit 3-401 Review A guest from Hamilton, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2009 This place has great potential. The location was great and the resort itself was good. The condo needs a few updates/maintenance. The washer/dryer did not work, the bedroom screen door was off track, the 2nd bedroom windows leaked during heavy rain, balcony door was difficult to open/shut. There was comunication issues between owner and leasing company, real estate company showed up our first day and wanted to show condo(and did so). On a positive note, the kitchen was recently updated and looks very nice, the views were great, close walk to the ocean or bay. overall I would rate this a 7 out of 10.
