The first floor of the property includes the cozy living area with a wood burning fireplace, dining area and the open kitchen with granite counters. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and laundry on this same floor. The second level has 2 more bedrooms; one with a king bed and a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and twin bed. There is a full bath between the two. The property has a nice deck off of the living space where you can enjoy the quiet neighborhood while you BBQ. The property comes fully equipped with bed and bath linens, kitchen supplies; pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc.In the summer, the home is approx. 4 blocks to Chambers Landing .In the winter, the home is approx. 2 miles from Homewood Ski Resort.Pet fee and deposit are not included in the rate. Liked the location Mary S. from Lodi, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2011 The location was great, quiet and close to hiking and the lake. The beds were awful, like sleeping on a box spring. I slept on the sofa after the first night. The oven does not work properly it never got hot enough to cook. Even though property did not appear dirty, you could smell dust on the bed and sofa. Pillows and bed covers need to be aired out. There were no smoke detectors, however the property management said they would get that taken care of. Luxury rentals were approx the same price, we stayed here because we could bring our small dog, but next time would leave the dog with friends or at the kennel so we could sleep comfortably. Personally I would be embarassed to rent out my property with the mattresses that were in this place.
