One bedroom is located downstairs with it's own bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Through the downstairs bedroom, there is a gameroom with a small pool table and television. There is also an additional den, off of the kitchen, with a daybed and two game tables. The living room has a fireplace, television with VCR and offers fantastic lakeviews of Lake Tahoe. The dining room has a table that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. It also has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, internet access, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. The back yard is nicely landscaped with lawn area, patio furniture and also offers lakeviews. There's a large deck with more patio furniture, gas BBQ, and a hot tub.

Close to Homewood Ski Area, and a short distance to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar. Free shuttle will pick you up from the house and take you to Homewood and you can also get a shuttle at Sunnyside to take you up the back side of Alpine Meadow and avoid parking hassles.

Parking for up to 5 cars during winter months

Cleaning fee of $250.00 includes linens.
