Legacy Vacation Resorts-Steamboat Hilltop has an indoor heated pool and a unique, elevated hot tub with an atrium view of beautiful Mt. Werner for your relaxation enjoyment. During the warmer months, take advantage of other local or nearby activities- golf, horseback riding, rafting, fishing, tennis and, of course, the on-site miniature golf course. You'll find it all in Steamboat Springs at Legacy Vacation Resorts-Steamboat Hilltop. Please note that trailers, boats or RVs are not permitted. Registered guests must be 21 years old or older. Please also note that non-smoking rooms are not available. Non-smoking and handicap accessible rooms available.

The front desk is open from 7am-7pm Sunday through Friday and 7am-11pm on Saturday. Housekeeping is available from 8am-5pm and costs USD 50.00 per room. There is a USD 100.00 refundable deposit, payable upon check in by cash or credit card hold. Upon check out this deposit is refunded less any incidental or damage charges. Also, there is a USD 3.99 non-refundable nightly resort fee collected at time of check out.
