The condo was very conveniently located near the base of the mountain in Silverthorne and the road was always well maintained even when snowing. The only negative was that the property was listed as pet-free but we arrived to find the couch covered in dog hair. Unfortunately several members of our party have dog and cat allergies and suffered during the trip because of it.

Having been told in advance that the property was in the process of remodeling, we were a little apprehensive, but were pleasantly surprised to find it, for the most part, quite ready for occupancy. There were signs that finishing touches remained, but everything was clean and more than ready for guests. There were all the amenities needed, even a covered parking area. We found it more than comfortable, a terrific view, and reasonably priced. We would most definitely recommend it to anyone and inquired about reserving it for our next skiing trip. We couldn't have been more satisfied.

This is a renovated 1970's condo with attractive updates, centrally located, well-equipped, and very clean. We loved the 3 singles in one bedroom (could use an end table in there). The curtains in the living room are too sheer to block out light so if you are planning on getting first tracks, the sun will get you up, no problem! The update is in progress--dishwasher not attached so tips forward, duct tape in the shower, etc. but it didn't really bother us. I'd stay there again.

Everything was as the photos showed. The views were actually better than the pictures given. I had a little trouble with the lock on the front door. It needed jiggled and some finessing but once you figured it out it was just fine. It has plenty of open space. I entertained roughly 25 people one night. Overall, it was a great stay. I felt I got a great deal. I had some friends that were staying at a common hotel chain and were paying the same price I was for a one bedroom, one bath. They were a little jealous.

Our rental experience at the New Lamartine 2321 unit was OK. Upon entering the place, we noticed it was very clean; but after awhile, we found several issues:1. The WiFi ID & password were wrong, we finally figured it out by ourself.2. No microwave oven, although the management office said each unit will provide one. The customer care staff said he notified the rental management about the issue, but I didn't hear anyone back until two days later. Linda offered to bring us a loaner microwave, but it already our last day in the unit, and we already decided to eat out at Copper Mountain. 3. All pots and pans are stainless steel and small. I had to send my husband out to buy cooking oil after my first attempt to reheat food on the pan and they burned. The bigger pan is a 8 or 9 inches pan, but the heating element on the stove top is much bigger. While cooking, I had to hold a paper towel to clean anything spilled on the side to avoid burning food, or use the smaller burner to cook. 4. My nephew started having hives and redness on his face and hands after sitting on the sofa. Later we found pet hairs on the sofa, and my nephew is allergic to pet. It maybe just my fault for not checking with the management company, but the rental agreement mentioned that pet is not allowed in this unit. But beside these issues, everything else were good:1. Kitchen is well stocked with stand mixer, blender, fondue pot, slow cooker, coffer maker, electric kettle, baking pans, stainless steel pots and pans.2. Master bedroom is cold but have a portable heater by the window to warm up the room.3. 15 minutes drive to Loveland and Copper Mountain. 4. Nice view from the unit.5. Although this unit is on the 3rd floor, but you can drive up hill and use the walkway instead of climbing up three flight of stairs. So our overall experience wasn't too bad if the owner will provide a microwave oven and warn people about the pet.

This is a very old condo. It is in the process of being renovated, but is not complete. The quality of workmanship on the remodel leaves much to be desired. As an example, the laminate was installed without leveling the subfloor. As you walk on it it is extremely uneven. The installation of the vinyl tile around the door jams was very poor. The front door main handle lock doesn't work and is taped off. Therefore two of the four keys provided don't work. There is no microwave. The kitchen cabinets are the originals painted white which makes them look nice in the pictures, but they are old. The curtains are old, dirty and falling down. The kitchen is extremely narrow. The dishwaser was not attached to the countertop so it pulls out when you open it. The master bath tub was missing the in wall soap shelf. Some nice black duct tape was used to cover the hole up. When the original bath floor was removed, the adhesive residue on the tub has not removed. The tile installed against the tub was not sealed. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The sink base is new and nice, but the backsplash was poorly installed. The mirror is just sitting on the countertop rather than mounted on the wall. The medicine cabinet has been removed and some feable attempt was made to decorate the opening left behind. The reading lights in the master were installed using Velcro. One of them has fallen down and won't stay up. Many of the light switches are original and very discolored and dirty. The fireplace doesn't work, but this was noted in the info provided. Name and password for the internet were incorrect. No effort was made to hide the cables draped up to the TV. The TV in the master resides on the floor at the foot of the bed, making viewing a bit challenging.

We recently evaluated the unit and made notes of items that still need completion. We've taken note of the master restroom, the outlet / light switch covers, and a few other items. What may initially seem like a television in the master bedroom is actually a heater that illuminates like a fire. And as for the wireless password, we now have the correct one on file. We truly apologize for any inconveniences these issues may have caused you during your stay.

This property had incomplete renovations. I would recommend that renovations be completed before accepting renters. The fireplace did not work either.
