Bob B. from Apache Jct, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 122 days in June, 2010 Realty Ex employee, Brandon, was extremely helpful and caring. No preventative maintenance things are done to the property. Examples: 1. Far too many light bulbs had to be replaced when we got there and on going. HORRIBLE water and the water tank had to be replaced after only 2 days. No one did any outside clean up/landscapting until we complained about conditions. Worst of all, this was our 3rd year renting from this organization and not one person called us to see how we were doing, if we needed anything or just simply to ask if we were settled in and basically happy. If we did not call someone about a problem/condition we heard from no one but Brandon. NOT good customer service.
