On Q is professional! Highly recommend. A guest from Omaha, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 44 days in January, 2012 The only thing that was disappointing about the house was the kitchen. The condition of the cookware was less than desirable and there weren't many utensils such as spatulas, measuring cups, etc. Otherwise the house was great and Amanda Lynn was very easy to deal with. She was kind, considerate, professional, and thorough. I would recommend dealing with her without hesitation. Long awaited family vacation James A. from Chandler, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 The place was very nice and clean. It was will decorated and furnished with the basic needs to use the kitchen and bathrooms. We did have to go and buy soap for our hands and shower. The only problems we had was the carpet did have some stains and a fire detector was hanging off its mount with no battery. The shower handle in the master bedroom did not work. It would turn but no water would come out. One of the reasons we rented the cabin was that it look nice on the website and it had a fireplace. We really wanted a place with a working wood burning fireplace. When we questioned if we could use the fireplace, we were first told by Realty Executives-White Mountains that they did not know if it was usable after arriving at the cabin. The fireplace did not look like it had ever been used. Latter Realty Executives-White Mountains said not to use the fireplace. This made out stay less enjoyable due to we were looking for a cabin with a usable fireplace. If a fireplace is not usable, it needs to be stated up font. We would have rented another cabin if this was the case.The staff was very friendly and helpful with some of the issues we encountered. He was directed to a place that was nicer than the one we originally intended to rent. We really appreciate the help. Brandon was outstanding in helping with some of the issues he could take care off. Brandon was always there when we needed help. He deserves a raise or letter of recommendation. Without Brandon, our trip would have been one to forget and never do again at least with Realty Executives-White Mountains. Great location, rental property lacking A guest from Mesa, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2010 We have stayed in this subdivision before and were anxious to return, but to our disappointment the property did not live up to our expectations. The shower handle in the master bath was broken, making it nearly impossible to control water temperature. It was either scalding or too cold. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a cardboard box. The property lacked some basic supplies that I expected would be included, such as garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. The biggest problem we had was that the refrigerator didn't work. It never got colder than room temperature. As a result, we lost a lot of money in wasted and spoiled groceries. We would go back to the other property in this same subdivision. It's a great location and the homes are beautiful and new. But we could not in good conscience recommend this property to anyone.
