Report of our stay. Gordon B. from Mesa, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 62 days in July, 2010 Floors were dirty when we moved in. Took 4 swiffers to get floor clean.Louvered door to furnace was packed with lint. Windows were dirty inside and out. I cleaned what I could reach. Charging an extra $50.00 to clean cat hair is ridiculous. She already was paid 4 hrs for cleaning. Dryer filter was packed with lint.We cleaned the house very thorough beforewe left. This place needs a different cleaning contracter and a new inspector to check unit before and after cleaning.
