Heartattack up and down road/ gravel drive A guest from New Richmond, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2011 They could have maybe commented when making reservations that a 4wheel drive was the best thing to bring. We do have a F350 but I would not have even felt safe in it on this road to cabin. Cabin was clean and beautiful but not worth the risk going up and> down the road to get to. The sheets were horribly uncomfortable. The bottom sheet was not even fitted, therefore it did not stay in place well. The quality of the sheets were something I would have expected from a 29.99 a night motel. We would have brought our own linens but have stayed at other cabins from another company in the past with no complaints. The pillows were also cheap and uncomfortable. To the positives! Robin, Robin, Robin. I have used Auntie Belhams on two previous occasions and was planing to use them again but couldn't find what I thought was a good value. I found your site online and called. I spoke with Robin who, through great service, made my decision to try your company an easy one. She was professional, helpful, and most of all, patient. She IS the reason I committed during our phone call. Overall the cabin was great. My wife and I loved the decorations, especially the few Christian items hanging throughout the home. The cabin was very clean. We loved the flat screen and leather sofa. We enjoyed two movies during our stay. The jacuzzi was a plus as well. Shame on us for not bringing our own bedding...we just expected more out of such a nice place. Besides the horrible sheets and pillows our stay was great. We were recommend Smoky Mtn Memories as well as American Mountain Rentals to friends and family. P.S. Lowering the cleaning and processing fees would be nice! The only downside was the condition of the road. For the price of the cabin I would think that the road could be maintained much better than it is. There were many potholes and that added to the already carefulness that you had to take while driving up this mountain to get to our destination.
