This fully furnished two bedroom, one and a half bath apartment will accommodate up to six people comfortably with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a brand new luxury queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Contemporary decor, a well appointed kitchen and all the extras will make your stay so much better than a hotel! The condo itself has expanded cable television and dvd player, local telephone service and wireless internet access. The building amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness room and media room. Parking is available for an additional fee.

We had 5 days of beautiful sunshine, which was great, but made the condo hot. When the windows are open, it is very noisy, due to street sounds. Great stay in Seattle A guest from Richland, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2011 View was amazing - watched boats come in and out all day and at night the city was beautiful with all the lights. The location was great - easy walk to everything and felt very safe. The apartment itself is needing a few updates - there are stains on the carpets and several areas needing new paint/paint touch up. The kitchen was well stocked - we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were very small but they were clean and plenty of towels. Overall a good stay. Property Manager Response: Response from Sea To Sky We have the carpets cleaned bi-annually and in between as needed. Unfortunately, this is difficult to schedule during the busy Summer season so I apologize that the carpets were not in the best shape for your arrival. Painting plans are in the works for this apartment; unfortunately, again, this is something that is difficult to get done until Winter when occupancy slows down. Thank you for your comments. Everything was clean, neat, and comfortable, and we were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, the Space Needle, and Whole Foods. Parking was also easy and convenient under the building. The only difficulty we had was not being able to reach someone when we had trouble getting in our first day. We did not hear back from anyone until the next day (after we had figured things out ourselves - the problem was of our own doing). Otherwise, an outstanding place to stay! Stayed for 5 days in June, 2011 The condo was great, except the pool was broken the first 2 days and my kids would not sleep due to the light white shades that don't block out the light.(which doesn't get dark until almost 11 p.m.) They would also get up at 5 a.m. as the sun was shining right in on them. Very tough and made for a really tough 5 days. It was too bad, the condo would have been perfect otherwise. Get darkening shades and we would stay there again! Ft. Lauderdale to Seattle Stephen K. from Ft Lauderdale, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in November, 2010 The condo was pretty good. The carpet was very dirty, so it gave an overall kind of dirty feeling. I'm sure it's difficult to have cleaned all the time though. It wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos, but it was way better than a hotel since we had both of our children. The one major thing I would say the place needed was some kind of window treatment. The master bedroom and living room were incredibly loud. You hear sirens all night. On the weekends, there were times the sirens of firetrucks and police cars were sounding every 15 minutes. It was brutal. You could also clearly hear people on the street yelling. Not what you expect from an 18th floor condo. I will say, however, the customer service was impeccable!! The carpets are cleaned at least twice per year; unfortunately your visit occurred just prior to the scheduled cleaning. The Centennial Tower is located in the middle of Belltown which is a lively downtown neighborhood. The building management does not permit us to change the window treatments or we would happily address that issue. We are very pleased that you found the Customer Service aspect to be impeccable. Views were spectacular from the apartment and it was nice to have room to spread out. Two minor complaints. There was not much in the way of basics in the kitchen. We had to go out and purchase a container of salt to use. No plastic baggies. And a few other items that I would think would be standard in a kitchen outfitted for short term stays. The larger bed was not very good quality and my back ached by the third day. The unit was overall a good choice. I would recommend it. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2010 Our stay at this condo was excellent from start to finish with one exception. The only shower in the unit would constantly back up with every use. During our 5 day stay not once did we feel clean because we would be standing in dirty bath watering. If it was not for this, I would recommend this unit to anyone.
