Villa Barbara Nove is an apartment of 60 square meters (approximately 540
square feet) which sleeps six persons. It has windows with a splendid view of
the sea and direct access to sandy beach and to the water. It is equipped with
air conditioning, telephone, parking space.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living
room with kitchenette and sofa bed, and two bathrooms with a shower.

The house

The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story villa which has the external
walls tiled with stones, and which has been built just a few meters from the sea
and from the sand beach. The entrance to the apartment is at the same level of
the driveway and there are no steps. All the rooms have windows through which
you will see only sea and sky.

In the living room you will find a divan bed that can be made into two
comfortable single beds, and a kitchenette that has the basics: a refrigerator
and a four-burner cooker. The bedroom with a double bed has an en suite bathroom.
You will find the second bathroom with shower next to the spacious room with two
single beds.

The furnishing is modern, practical and elegant. The apartment is equipped with
air conditioning, satellite television, DVD player and telephone.

Upon request you will be able to connect to the Internet, rent DVDs and
videogame consoles, and also rent a 16-feet rubber boat that can be managed
without nautical license.

You will be able to use a shared laundry room upon request.

The beach

A large beach made of golden fine sand is sheer below the apartment. You will be
able to reach it walking for approximately 40 meters (40 yards).

From June to September you will be able to enjoy a beach service that includes
the use of a beach umbrella, deck chairs and sun lounges.

In the summer months bars and restaurants on the beach are open.

In the other months of the year you will still be able to access the beach at no
charge.

This beach earns year after year the Blue Flag award of the European Union for
the clarity of the sea water.

Swimming is safe for kids and for those who are not expert swimmers as the water
is shallow. The weather in the area is mild, and allows you to enjoy the sun and
the sea for the largest part of the year.

With a short stroll along the beach you will be able to walk to the center of
Santa Maria di Castellabate.

There you will find a pedestrian precinct and a wide choice of cafes,
restaurants and shops.

The location

The apartment is located in a tiny complex of three small two-story villas,
which have been built on the edge of a sandy beach, and that share a direct
access to the sea and to a reserved tract of beach.

From every point of the complex and from the terraces of the villas you will
have a very close view of the sea, of the arch made by the golden beach below,
and of the bay of Santa Maria di Castellabate.

The view is charming from sunrise to sunset, and the sunsets on the sea are
particularly suggestive.

The three villas are inside a fenced area that covers a sloping tract of coast
located between the road and the sea. They are almost sheer above the beach and
the sea.

You will be able to drive inside the fenced area to reach the three villas. Next
to each villa there are parking spaces, one for each apartment.

There is a reception where a caretaker is available to provide information and
to answer questions. A shared token laundry is available.

Villa Barbara Nove is an apartment that will let you live in close contact with
the beach and with the sea.

The air is transparent and bright, and the brilliant colors of the landscape
around you convey joy of life: you will be happy to be right in this place to
spend your vacation!

The twilight adds even more charm to this place.

You can wait for it on the beach, or enjoy it on your terrace: the sun that sets
on the sea wraps the beach, the trees and the houses in a warm golden light. It
paints the waves of the sea in a palette of colors from violet to melted gold,
and changes the horizon into an explosion of yellow, orange and red, before
sinking to leave the stage to the blue of the evening.

It will be a memory that you will bring with you at the end of your vacation.

The closest train station is Agropoli, at 14 km (9 miles). In the area you will
find the tourist ports of San Marco (at 4 km, 2.5 miles) and of Agropoli, and it
is possible, during the summer, to board ferries to the Amalfi Coast, to Capri
and to other location along the Cilento Coast, as well as to take boat trips,
fishing trips or diving trips.
