Located 4 blocks north of the Santa Fe Plaza, this property is approximately 1300 square feet and features Viga ceilings, a kiva fireplace, tile floors and a large balcony off the living room & dining room with spacious views. The main level of the house is upstairs with the king size master bedroom & private bath. This bedroom also has a private courtyard just outside the French doors. The kitchen is very nicely equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, all the dinnerware & cookware provided. The living room with kiva fireplace is comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day in Santa Fe. Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed & private full bath. The owners have added Comcast high speed wireless internet and a portable evaporative air conditioner for the master bedroom for added convenience and comfort. There is a single car garage also. This is a non-smoking & no pet property.

It is a two story with the main living quarters on the second floor. We were uncomfortably warm the entire stay. The evaporative coolers didn't do much.Parking is an issue. My Ford F-150 would not fit in the narrow garage. The neighbors were not happy with me parking in front of my unit and wanted me to park down the street. That did not happen. Air Conditioning in Santa Fe A guest from Chicago, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in June, 2012 We did not stay at Rosario Street Compound but at Susan's Hideaway. Rosario was not air conditioned in the Chicago sense of the word--it had one, what they call, swamp cooler, a piece of equipment which is no better than a fan. And when we arrived on a Friday in the late afternoon the second floor living space and master bedroom were unbearably hot. Also there was something wrong with the cable TV. Well after the maintenance man couldn't do anything about either problem, Nancy, head of housekeeping was sent over. She accessed both problems and within an hour found us another property to stay. The head of quality assurance wasn't too keen on talking to us after our initial complaint, even later in the week when I called to inform them that a couple of little things had broken.
