The condo was cozy, there was plenty of firewood and a nice fireplace, we were there to ski and it was conveniently located on Artist road on the way to the mountain. There were only a couple of issues. the first being that the 4:00 check in time is extremely late and inconvenient when travelling with a small child. The second issue was that the internet password they gave us was wrong and because we didn't check in until 4 and the office closed at 5 we didn't realize it until it was too late to call them. Which hindered our ability to do things like find a place to go to dinner and find out what time the ski rental place opened the following day. The third thing that went wrong is that the sheets on the master bed had black hairs all over them. They had clearly not been washed. There were several hairs on both pillows and a lot in the bed. In light of the issues I will say that the property management company handled the internet issue and the sheets issue professionally and promptly. Someone came to change the sheets with in 15 minutes of my call and a new password was given immediately.
