Distances: San Gimignano with all kinds of shops 4 km, Poggibonsi 5 km, Siena 30 km, Florence approx. 50 km.
At guests’ disposal: large equipped garden, shared swimming-pool (7 x 16 m – maximum depth 2,4 m - open from 01/05 to 15/10, not available between 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm), barbecue. Parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. All of the apartments are provided with mosquito nets.
Extra services: baby bed available on request (€ 7,- / per day to be paid on the spot). Small pets are allowed by paying an extra cost of € 35,- (to be paid on the spot). The olive oil and the excellent wines (Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi, Vin Santo…) produced and the estate are available for clients to be purchased.
