Lake water level is shallow, so great for small children. Sand shoreline.
Plenty of lawn to pitch a tent too!

Additional Ammenities: Golf course 1 mile, boating and fishing 2 miles, shopping mall 10 miles.

Additional Activities: Old McDonald's Animal Farm 2 miles (great for small kids), ice cream stand on corner.

Payment Options: Cashier's check, personal check. or money order.

Rental fee ($800) due in full at time of reservation.
No refunds unless we are able to re-rent the cottage for the timeframe you originally booked.

Other Fees: Water is provided by a 1100 gallon tank. Renter is responsible for filling tank throughout stay as well as leave 1/2 full for next renter (+/- $40 per refill). Details at cottage.

Other Policies: Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
No pets or visiting pets please.
