The lake house is directly on the water. Ample level parking right to front door. Max three cars. Three private bedrooms, 1.5 baths, all linens and bedding included, the master bedroom has it's own tv and private lakeside balcony, cable tv,dvd, vcr,and washer/dryer provided.Spacious kitchen and living room. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishe, silverware, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster,and blender. Large deck with patio table and chairs along with five person hot tub.This deck is a wonderful place to watch the gorgeous sunsets,and the many humming birds at thier evening meal, from this deck you only have 5 steps down to a 24x10 boat dock and fish cleaning station. There is a large swim platform, with a ladder, table and chairs. there are lounge chairs to sunbath in,or just read a book, or just enjoy being at the waters edge. The dock has been baited all around with brush. This cottage is great for families and fishermen. gas and charcoal grills provided. Please bring life jackets, beach towels, sun produts and water toy's. Will consider a small,friendly pet.

Other Fees: There is a $15.00 per person per night for guest over the number 8 unless previously agreed to. Pet fee $60.00 pet.
