This is a great condo and it is only 2 blocks to the beach. Very nicely furnished! There is a nice deck that over looks the "Little Lake" which backs up to the complex. The gulf breezes are wonderful and the complex is just one block to the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course.The unit is bright and airy with , granite countertops, a flat screen TV and a nice pool for you to enjoy. Gulfside Retreat Janie M. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2011 A group of us old teachers wanted a weekend retreat and booked a condo at Gulfside. Overall the place was great. Broken doorknobs to balcony made it unaccessable. View was of the side of another building. We had roofers pounding until 9:30 Friday night, inlcuding their being on the balcony, which made hanging out on the back porch impossible. However, the condo was fine the rest of the time. We were in walking distance to the beach. Everything was VERY clean!! And when the roofers weren't there, we had fun. The managers were very understanding and helpful. Great townhome, not so great neighbors Diana R. from Houston, Texas recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2010 We really enjoyed the townhome - slept eight of us very well. The furnishings were nice, townhome was clean, close to the beach. Amenities were a nice touch. We could not find a corkscrew to enjoy a bottle of wine though.Only one problem - Our neighbors were very loud until 1:30 AM, which was not fun since we were getting up at 5:30 AM for the Beach to Bay relay marathon. But that isn't the fault of the townhome or owners, just lousy neighbors. Next time I'll stick with a beach house and avoid it.
