The home has a outdoor shower, for you to wash of,f after a day at the beach. The home is right across from the pool and beachfront. The place was right next to the beach with a nice view and I'm great condition. I would unfortunately not recommend thus property to anyone I know do to a ceiling fan in the master bedroom falling on one of the house guest right off the ceiling. The beach was also a bit nicer than many areas considering the seaweed is collected and placed on dunes. A quiet cul-de-sac that is great for families. The AC worked great and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and more.On the down side, the carpets could use a good cleaning as there were many spots throughout the home, the decking needs to be sanded and sealed. We all learned to wear shoes when stepping out on the balcony after a few splinters. The master bedroom's outlet by the door/bed was defective and sparked when we plugged our phone charger into it. The furniture is all really old and on the verge of breaking. The home could use bigger/updated TV's,new ceiling fans, new dining room table and definitely new couches. It would also be nice if the garage would be accessible. The house was very clean and the property manager was great. There wae plenty of dishes, blankets, pillows and towels etc... The deck is fabulous - you can see the ocean but are away from the wind. The whole place needs to be updated. The ice maker does not work. The only comfortable bed is the king in the master bedroom. For the most part I can't complain, however, the refrigerator in Beach Music did not work, and the outside faucet would not turn off and no one came out to look at it (after a call to mgmt). I understand in order to stay in a clean place, someone must clean it- but we had to do extra duty cleaning (laundry, trash duty etc) and then on top of that we were charged a cleaning fee. Everything else was absolutley fabulous- the location in proximity to the beach is perfect and the beach is VERY nice and clean. We have many people that will be coming back to Port A!! One sofa was really old. There is no internet service not only in that unit but several of the units. The towels and linens were ok, plenty of hot water, mattress in several rooms were really bad. The beach access and pool were nice, parking was really nice. The unit it's self needs alot of updating and fixing. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are really old. Master bedroom was ok, but you could not open the french doors and the blinds are really bad. It might be an expense but the units needs an additional fridge maybe in the garage, when you have 12 people there the one fridge is not enough. Also they need a new dryer,the one there is rusted. The carpet was ok. The house was clean as it could be. Need more bakeware, serving dishes, and dishes. More pots and pans.
