This is a fairly spacious one bedroom one bath condo. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the livingroom has a new 32" flat screen TV and full size futon sofa. The total sleeping capacity is 4 people.There is a full kitchen equiped with everything you will need to cook your catch after a long day of fishing. The grounds are nicely manacured, complete with mature citrus trees. There are fish cleaning facilities on the property. The beach is approximatly 2 blocks away but close enough to feel the gulf breezes.

We drove all day and arrived at the management company about 4:30 - closing time was 5. at about 3 the management company called and said they wanted to leave at 4 and when would we get there - we felt like we were an imposition to the staff. Also they gave us a sheet of DONT'S for the room. I felt like a wayward teen with my parents going out of town for the weekend, not like a paying guest. Didn't feel very welcome. The Photos Do Not Give This Place Justice! Deann W. from Waxahachie, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2010 It's an absolute GEM of a condo, super close to the beach! You can walk down an adjacent road to get to boardwalk access to the beach, or you can drive a VERY short distance to the beach road and park at the beach. The photos displayed do not give this place justice - it is a super cute place to stay and SUPER CLEAN. The master bedroom had a comfy bed with great linens and new soft (clean!) carpets, the bathroom and kitchen are small, but the bathroom has beautiful details (marble counter, nice towel racks!), and the kitchen has brand-new appliances that work beautifully. The living and dining area are decorated nicely and were very comfortable! Our family of four (kids slept on the fouton) AND all of our beach gear fit nicely in the condo and had a GREAT vacation, thanks to being able to come "home" each night. The folks at Port Aransas Escapes were also very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again, and would also use Port Aransas Escapes again, in the event that we needed a larger property.
