Got what I paid for :( A guest from Cedar Park, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 The place was very small and the bathroom smelled, the sink wouldn't drain and there were wrappers behind the bed and found a very visible hair in the bed sheets.It was spring break and not worth the trip.I guess for a couple with intentions of relaxing that weekend was a bad choice. Nothing fancy but all we needed A guest from Austin, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 The room was tiny and the 'fridge too small to do much with, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked - that's about all we needed. The view from the deck was wonderful and it was an easy walk to the beach! What more could we wish for? Poor Professional Management Practices Amy L. from Austin, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in May, 2012 The management company, Port A Escapes, business practices should be watched by future renters and will be reported for unethical and illegal policies on forms. The documentation that was sent to us stated, a damage waiver "if we wanted it", we did not, was reported non-refundable after our stay. We asked that it be refunded, and in a voice mail response, they stated it would not be. Secondly, there was not a receipt for key return but documentation states that it would be charged if both keys were not returned. Errors throughout the document and when questioned, the assistant and management took zero responsibility to correct the problem.
