When there were people in the first floor, we were bothered by the high volume of their tv and we could hear most everything they said. The furniture in the condo was great--we especially liked the chairs and couch and the beds were very comfortable. When we arrived, I was taking supplies up the stairs to the second floor and fell through one of the steps that were rotten. I hurt my knee and my hip. We later found that the cleaning lady just about fell through the step when she was cleaning and did nothing about it. She laid it back into place and didn't say a word.
