Sunrise was less than 30 minutes kids had a great time and the cabin was located in a very convenient location with anything around that you might need. Just a tip if you need sleds just got to the local Ace Hardware they have the best location.Would recommend this to anyone we had a great trip will be back next year. The property was plowed so we could get in; cabin was very clean and comfortable. Only downside was no soap in the bathroom, we had to buy for ourselves at the grocery store; also no spare paper towels when we used up what was left on the roll in the kitchen. Got the friendliest service from the maintenance guy (unknown name) who was getting the other guys calls. Location was fantastic. Very quiet older neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Removed from the rush of the main street, but still close enough to get to things easily. Rental was clean, but decor is dated. Kinda made it nostalgic to be there, like being a kid in the 70's again. Two biggest problems were that the front door locks were VERY uncooperative, and the a/c didnt work. Sadly it was pretty warm during the day and our 9 month old wouldnt sleep because of the heat. Opening all the windows helped, but functioning a/c would have been better. Nights were perfect. It was listed as 'no pets allowed' which was great since I have allergies. Upon arrival, found dog hair in the blankets which made for an uncomfortable stay.
