Dream Come True #555 is a wonderful additional to our luxury cabin rental program at Aunt Bug's Cabin Rentals. This beautiful, newly carpeted log home has amazing mountain views and is close to everything you will want to do on your vacation! This five bedroom vacation cabin rental is in the Covered Bridge Resort and has access to a swimming pool at the entrance of the Resort during the Spring/Summer season. You will love the exquisite layout of this log cabin in Pigeon Forge. As you enter the Dream Come True log cabin, you'll find yourself in the charming great room which includes the living room with vaulted ceilings. This beautiful living room, with electric fireplace, transitions into the dining room. The dining room has wonderful views of the mountains. This log cabin is perfect for families, so you will want to bring your camera! The dining room connects to the kitchen, which offers a breakfast bar. When you walk out the french doors to the back deck, you'll find a private hot tub and outdoor furniture for your relaxation. This main level also offers two bedrooms which have TVs and premium queen beds. If you walk up the stairs to the master suite, you'll discover an amazing giant King bedroom with full bath, jacuzzi tub, premium flatscreen TV, leather futon, and all the space you could desire for a relaxing trip for the head of the household. On the lower level of this luxurious log cabin, you'll find a recreational room with another electric fireplace. There is also a wet bar so you can have drinks while you relax and play games with friends and family. The lower level offers two bunk bed rooms with two bathrooms that are inviting for the children or Singles in the group. There is also a washer/dryer, internet access, and charcoal grill here at Dream Come True to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. Cabin was nice but very dusty and cob webs. We all had comfy beds. The top floor bedroom was extremely hot. I had to buy a fan. More towels would have been nice. We had to wash towels every day. Hot tub never worked. Very dissatisfied with this considering I called the office 3 times about the problem. The incline for parking is extremely difficult. We had 3 vehicles and it was tight. All in all we made the best of it. Beware of the overnight bears and racoons. They rambled through the trash every night even though it was in a covered bin.

After 3 phone calls and emails of jumping through several hoops to allow a family member who arrived before me to pick up our address and key code, I found out later that I was still required to come by the office and sign paperwork. No one ever told me that during the phone calls that I made earlier and that meant time back in the car and 30 minutes away from family(which was frustrating since I had already signed and faxed contracts a month earlier!)Also, there were several light bulbs out and one bedroom had a full glass outside door with no window covering (found broken in closet). After calling to report these issues and being told they would be addressed, I received a call from your office asking how our trip was going and so I reported these issues again and was told they would be taken care of. Nothing was done until the last afternoon of our stay when a flimsy stick on shade appeared on the bedroom door and the trash left on the kitchen counter. After paying over $1,800 for a 3 night stay, I would have expected a higher level of cleanliness and overall quality. I realize Aunt Bug's is a rental management company, but would assume that the owner's are paying you a fee to make them aware of any issues like broken blinds and mattresses that are horrible and need to be replaced. Overall the experience with Aunt Bug's was that the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing! I talked to one person and was told one thing, and then later called back and talked to a different person and mentioned what the first person told me, and the second person said they didn't recognize the other person's name and they must be new and didn't give me the correct information. Obviously, I will not be using Aunt Bug's again.

We were beyond disappointed with our stay at the " Dreams Come True " cabin. For the price we paid we had none of the luxuries that were suggested and the the pictures seen online were very deceptive. The tv's in the bedroom were some of the smallest I've ever seen, the refrigerator had no ice machine, a pillow in one of the bedrooms had a disgusting stain all over it, and the cleaning was very average. When you pay an extremely high price you expect much more then what was offered in this outdated cabin. We will not be staying with Aunt Bug's again. Oh, and in addition the process of having to go thru giving your credit card info twice and then wasting time the next morning driving back to the office just so a very rude woman could photocopy my driver's license was ridiculous. Also if you stay don't expect to sleep in the day of your departure...checkout is at 10 am. You can stay at the ritziest hotels or condos for half the price and have all the luxuries that this place definitely lacked. Don't waste your money on this place.

the cabin itself was nice. but the interior was very bland. the TV's was so small especially in the bedrooms. you could not watch tv from the bed at all. the main tv was too small and all the large windows did not allow a viewer to see the screen. the toilets were so small and low to the ground. I have a problem with my knee and we had to go out to buy a implement so I could use the bathroom with out assistance.the outdoor furniture was not nice at all, very inferior for the price we spent. I choose this unit out of despair. we had another cabin on hold until the owner sold the cabin. we had only one week to rent a new one. and this was the only one left. or so they said. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone. I was not satisfied with this cabin. and I will make sure our friends don't rent this unit also.

When we arrived we discovered the pool table was broken and my account was later charged for a replacement without contact from the property management. The fireplace did not work, ice maker did not work and the place hadn't been properly cleaned. Surprise is what I felt especially after the poor customer service I received about the pool table, which I had sent an e-mail to the management on but they conveniently could not find it.

We LOVED THE CABIN.Very clean!! Could use better Cook Wear! Also the Fire Place in the living room did not work. It was in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!!

This was our first family trip to Pigeon Forge. The town was great, but the accommodations were less impressive. The air conditioning for the main floor and upstairs was not working when we arrived. It was repaired the next day, but the indoor temperature reached 88 degrees. To top things off, one of the members of the Aunt Bug's front office was rude when we inquired about a time for the AC repair. He reminded us that it was Sunday, but my one year old does not seem to care about the date when he is uncomfortable. We were also told that we could leave the cabin until the AC was repaired. I was under the impression that paying $4,000 for the week should afford us the opportunity to stay or go as we please. Moving on, there was no filter in the AC return on the main floor, and the filter in the basement was extremely dirty. We mentioned the filter issue via the Aunt Bug's App and to the maintenance guys, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. The foosball table was broken, and it had to be replaced. We had to call 2 days in a row for garbage pickup. We were not able to use the lower balcony because part of the railing was rotten and the bannister was broken off. Ants came in through an outlet and ruined some of the food we had placed in the cabinets. The Orkin man came, but it was too late for some of our groceries. I have traveled quite a bit, and I have honestly never complained about accommodations before. However, I though this information should be shared.

The cabin was nice. It was just dirty, and the furniture in the living room was bad. The pool table also needed to be updated. There were also ants and roaches in the cabin and I had two small grandchildren crawling around on the dirty floor. We had to go out and buy a broom because we could not find one in the cabin.

Great location.Great space in cabin. Needs better cleaning ,and good furniture for living room to sit on. Pool table had only 1 stick, christmas tree still up, no working opener. Linens on bed dirty , stained with blood or not washed. First thing we walked into cabin, the 2 smoke alarms were beeping every free seconds. WE replaced the batteries in those, the cleaning crew had to hear it when they were cleaning. We knew about the steep parking out front from the other reviews, so we were prepared for that.Just simple things to make it look and smell better inside.The cleaning crew needs to do better job, no one comes on vacation to clean after someone else. That is why you pay a cleaning fee, I thought. Also the small refrigator downstairs in game room was missing. Simple updates and better cleaning.

The bedroom set-up was perfect for our needs. There were no pot holders...there was not enough silver ware to feed twelve people. there was not enough room for twelve people to sit for dinner. Several of the TV control did not work.

We did not have a good experience with Aunt Bug's. When we arrived our cabin was no longer available and another cabin had not been assigned. We had a 4 bedroom cabin rented, and we were offered air mattresses and a fold out couch. We finally were given a five bedroom cabin, but then told we could not use the 5th bedroom. We did use the 5th bedroom and hopefully were not charged for it. We were a group of 6 women and an air mattress and fold out couch were not acceptable. The manager was very rude and hateful. We did have a good trip in spite of this, but will NOT rent from Aunt Bug again.

Fun times in PF. Cabin was great! View was spectacular. I brought my elderly sister and her more elderly husband and we were somewhat disappointed in furniture. No comfortable chairs, to low to the floor, hard for old people to get in and out of. Also. Ceiling fans did not work on porch.

Very disappointed in this cabin. Not very well maintained. The top floor needs better air conditioning. We had to buy a fan it was so hot up there. The windows were disgusting they were so dirty and Christmas d├ęcor was still up and dirty. Decorations thru out cabin were dusty and dirty. Kitchen supplies were not adequate. Very limited cooking utensils and lids did not match pots and bowls. The location was as described and linens were clean. I would not recommend this property to anyone especially at the price we paid.

The house was a nice size but we were disappointed by the condition of the house. The microwave was missing the vent, the pool table was broken in each end, the high windows had spider webs, a chair in the livings had snags in it and the dishwasher was crooked.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday with our grandparents cabin says it will sleep 14 we had 10 in our group and we only had room for 5 at the table so we had to eat Christmas dinner in groups we were elbow to elbow moving around in the house. So mant things were broken the pool table was in terrible shape the foosball table was not even sturdy so we didn't mess with it. The dish washer didn't work so our grandmother had to wash dishes after each meal the hot tub we didn't even use because it was NASTY we took pictures of some of the damages and have documented them. And now I am having to fight them over money that they took out of my bank account that they said we owed for tore sofa tore pool table liner and keys that was not returned (which is our doing) so I am not happy at all will never stay here again. The pictures that they show on the site is nothing like the cabin we arrived to.

Furthermore, our rental contract, that you agreed to and signed, does ask that you NOT move any furniture or there will be charges applied. When this piece of furniture was moved, it was damaged, which is why there were charges applied for this. We are working to correct this for the cabin owner, and will let you know of final costs. Good overall experience. Great view. Good accomendations. Two complaints: the cabin next door had too many cars. One parked in front of our cabin causing one of us to park in another cabins space. The heat on the lower level was out on our first night. It was cold. The outside temp that night was 24. The situation was corrected the next day.

Good size cabin only drawbacks were on a steep incline was worried about the vehicles overnight and proximity to other cabins was very close. Inside there were a few damaged but functioning items which they were aware of other than that no issues was very clean and staff very professional would use Aunt bugs again but will get a better description of the location next time

Three generations together to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary for a total of 10 people(5 adults & 5 kids). Cabin close to a busy road and sirens ran day/night. No privacy as other cabins were so close we could see in their windows from our cabin. Paid in full before reading the reviews from other visitors otherwise I would not have booked with Aunt Bug's. I did bring cleaning products as they were very much needed. Not sure why I was charged $65.00 for housekeeping as I left the cabin cleaner then I received it. Maintenance shouild be done more often as it just makes the cabin look shabby. You need to update your pictures of the cabin as the website is deceiving. Calling the staff within 2 hours of arriving to report problems/damages is unrealistic. That should be your job to make sure the cabin is in working order and clean before allowing anyone pay to stay there. People are not paying you to cook a meal or change the oil on our car. We are paying you to provide a clean and safe place to stay and Aunt Bug's failed to deliver. ( I have pictures of the problems if you would like them sent to you)

The location is great. The house it self needs some TLC. The hot tub is green they said it was the well water but still did not look like that on the picture. The game tables downstairs were not in working order we were there with 6 teenagers. Other small repairs also need to be done to the house. House is big but needs some TLC. Stains on carpet downstairs. The way it looks on the internet is not the way it is when you get there. Location is great kids liked the pool. Pigeon Forge has so much to do we would have needed 10 days instead of 7. Called down to the property mgt. company to report things that were not working but they offered no help.

Cabin was nice and surfaced clean but really could use some deep cleaning. Pool was clean. When we called for repairs, service arrived within 1 hour. Our cabin did have a huge ant problem but I did report it and hopefully it was taken care of. You could not place food on kitchen counters. Attractions were close by and my family really enjoyed dolly wood and jayell ranch and zip lines

My group and I were very dissatisfied with the Dream Come True 555 rental as soon as we walked in the door. The furniture was in horrible shape and the living room tv was tiny although it was advertised that there was a "theater room". When we went downstairs to explore the game room, we discovered there was no air hockey table as advertised and the pool table was a child sized pool table and was in very poor condition. The only room we were satisfied with was the master suite. That is until we folded down the sheets to go to bed and found blood on the sheets. The next morning I decided to take a bath in the very nice Jacuzzi bathtub which was great, until the bathtub started leaking onto the sleeping guests of the room below! When I called the reservation office, their only solution was to have someone come to the cabin and change the sheets. Of course, we'd taken care of that the night before. The cabin was very cramped, and very overpriced. I would not recommend it.

We have stayed in cabins for 10 years. I hesitated on writing this and waited over a month to do so. The floors were filthy. Never cleaned under the furniture, by the fireplace, the stair carpet didn't looked swept and the carpet was so stained! We found a bag of donuts in the cabinet, another person'a socks and underwear in a bed, lightbulbs out etc. There is more but it boils down to never stay there again! The price was 2-3 times because of the season but when so many cabins were not rented around us we really felt took. Sorry but we will go back to our previous cabins or not go at all. One good thing, we left some pillows and even though one man said he couldn't send them back the woman we talked to later said she would. We appreciated her personal service.

The home was dirty, there were tables that were so dusty someone had wrote in the dust,dust me when I approached the office I was told deep cleaning is done annually I never new dusting was considered deep cleaning. when you went down stairs you could see the dust bunnies & trash under the furniture, the stair rails up & down where full of dust. Very disappointing to know these places don't get a good clean before each rental thank god there where no bedbugs or roaches. I will not ever come back to this rental place nor will I recommend any one I know to stay there.

where to begin cabinets on inside very dusty. washing machine didn't work. dirty bath tub.mold on the shower curtin. spider&cobb webs every where . dead bugs and dust behind every thing. broken pool table srewed together couldn't turn the pool table over to the oyher game. pool balls not # right. some beds not made. stove oven burnt to a crisp. pots an pans Teflon all scraped off . nasty rat droping in the dawers along with dead bugs. bed skirts torn and hanging down .I was going to let all that slide because we were there to have a good time with my grandsons that I only see twice a year.but what takes the cake we cound not wash the towels so we called an ask for more and the woman didn't want to give us any she was very hateful. who wants to use the same towels wash cloths for a week. we have pictures to prove what I have written. I payed to much for this to be so disgusting it was a waste of my money.next time I will go some where different and inspect it top to bottom as far as aunt bugs goes that fits very well. some of the tvs didn't work in the bedrooms the fan on the back had a loose blade my son-in-law went to the store to get things to fix it. we didn't want to call them because the woman was so hateful. we tried to show the pictures to the manger he said just e*mail them to me. also while we were there some more people were disgusted with there place too. who ever owns dream come true 555 need to check out their property it not being taken care of.we had pet friendly but the carpet needed cleaned.there were spots all over .well one thing that was great we all got to be together.

The cabin we rented for the weekend was not very clean. The carpet had several rips and stains. There was a rug that probably should have been in the family room but was thrown out on the back porch. The hot tub was dirty with chips in it. I went the next day to explain all of this to the management team at Aunt Bugs and their only response was that this cabin had its own cleaning company. I would think if they are managing it, they should also be held accountable for its cleanliness.If the cabin had been clean, it would have been beautiful.. the views are great and the overall cabin is nice..

Was a nice view but the properties were very close together and on a huge hill... The pots n pans were rusted n also the washer wasn't working right n was posted as a complaint before..was hoping that would have been fixed.. Found trash under beds n dressers..

Our 2013 TN family vacation

Our family loved the decks and the view of the mountains. The cabin was nice, enough bedroom space for our ten members. The pool was a highlight for all of us as the kids kept cool and busy enjoying their swim time. We usually have yard space when we rent so missed being able to do our outdoor games, etc. The water heater was not working properly but we were able to fix it temporarily. The maintenance guy was very nice and was able to fix most of the problems. Not having the washer work was a problem as we did not pack lots of extra clothes. We liked the location in that it was not far to Kroger and Pidgeon Forge, etc. Thanks again as we always have fun when we are together. I liked the padded dining room chairs as we played games a lot. We had the upstairs bedroom and that was very nice. We adults liked the shelter at the pool as that provided shade and a place to sit and play cards. That was also a plus.

However, out of 6 televisions in the cabin, only one worked! The air hockey didn't work, and we had a broken pool stick for which we bought another one and left there! They brought one later on! The fusball table was a mess, but they came half way through our trip and patched it up. Breaker kept kicking our microwave off! I was looking so forward to my grandchildren playing air hockey as for they drove from FL to meet us!

I was overall very pleased with the cabin, but not with the proximity to other cabins. The web site only shows the view from the balcony, not the areas beside. The other cabins were too close. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the accomodations

The place was a mess. smoke detector hanging out of the wall, Master bedroom sheets had *** stains from the previous occupants, stairs were filthy, cobwebs were everywhere, dust everywhere, games room equipment was broken, carpeting had holes worn in it in downstairs bunk-bed room. Circuit breaker blew, couldn't find circuit breaker box (it is outside). Claims to have access to indoor pool, but that is someplace in town? had yo buy our own toilet paper. Lamps were either not plugged in or missing a switch to turn lamp on/off. Hot tub water stunk. Hot tub water was murky. Cabin did not have a broom. Cabin only had one wash rag for kitchen and one dish towel. No coffee filters. When we called to have clean sheets for master bedroom, cabin management advised we had two hours to submit claim from the time we opened the cabin door to let management know our concerns. We had no idea the master bedroom sheets were covered in *** until 10:30 the first night. It was disgusting and ruined our entire stay! No replacement sheets were ever delivered! It made our entire group wonder what the sheets and comforters looked like in the rest of the bedrooms in the cabin.

There were dead bugs everywhere. There was *** on our blanket. There was lots of damaged or run down or broken things in the house. I called and let the staff now about the blanket and they acted like it was not a big deal and didn't change it. I will never stay there again. Very bad experience

Three married couples occupied the unit, we all loved the cabin from location to small details of interior decorations. :( in the master bedroom, my blankets and sheets where dirty. stains were visable and large.. e lady bugs were in most of the rooms but that was not a big deal; some rooms did not have full cable access.Other than that I loved and enjoyed every moment. we are difinately planning another married couples retreat with Aunt's Bugs cabins. ThankS for a Lovely Stay & Time !!!! RMB
