The rental company worked with us to find a place to stay since our original reservation had a problem at the last minute. This house worked out fine. We had two couples with minimal disabilities and the ramp was great for them. The layout was what we wanted with the two bedrooms/two baths downstairs, and the other bedroom upstairs. One thing, the bedroom off the living room has a squeak in the floor that should be fixed. The neighborhood was very quite and convenient to the Parkway. It didn't take long to get around town to shop, eat, etc. Its possible we will use this agency again for future trips to Pigeon Forge. Our first cabin rental in the hills of Gatlinburg didn't work out for us as there were problems with that. So the sweet ladies at American Mountain Rentals fixed us up with this great Chalet in Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed the stay there. The location was great for everything we did that week. Thanks so much for finding us a very nice place to stay for our vacation week! The home was in great shape, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful! The advertisemtent included phone service, but there was no phone at the location and we had to rely on a cell phone.
