There is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and an outdoor grill. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed and the 3rd has a full bed - there are 2 futons as well. There's a large game room in the lower level that has a pool table and checkers table.
