The villa cottages offer a comfortable, tropical decor, which will set the mood for an exciting and relaxing vacation. This tropical resort features 114 unique Caribbean-Style villa cottages with all your personal use amenities. This is not a high-rise condo. It is your very own villa cottage located in a gated community, surrounding a 5000 square foot tropical oasis swimming pool with a waterfall cave. The sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are also just two minutes away.
Age Requirements- Guests under 25 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register and will lose all funds paid to P.K.R.M.. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No house parties. Please note that, as each property is privately owned, upon arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement. Please note that the following cleaning fees will be collected at check-in-
