Overall Property Description:
Two large Gulf front lagoon pools rest on either side of Tidewater Beach Resort, overlooking 636 feet of pristine private beachfront. A 4,300 sq. ft. beachfront fitness center offers a second heated indoor pool in addition to a Roman spa, steam room, sauna and top of the line Precor fitness equipment. A gift shop, video arcade game room, seasonal poolside Tiki bar, and the Endless Summer Grill casual restaurant are also located on site. The 5,000 square foot conference center, with a movie and media center, makes Tidewater an excellent choice for meetings, reunions and other group getaways.
Each luxury Gulf-front condo at Tidewater features upscale interiors, a furnished private balcony with Gulf views, a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, washer and dryer in unit, complimentary wireless Internet access, and the option of one, two or three bedrooms. The resort schedules activities for children seasonally, which is an added bonus for vacationing families, and visitors also enjoy complimentary DVD rentals.

Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. This property is smoke-free. The front desk is open from 9am-5pm daily. Daily housekeeping is available between 9am-5pm. Please note that a USD 130.01 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
