A cluster of mid rise condominiums surrounds a free form lagoon pool with lush landscaping and six cascading waterfalls at High Pointe Resort. Nestled between Destin and Panama City Beach on a secluded stretch of Scenic Highway 30A along the Gulf of Mexico, this area is known as Seacrest Beach. These luxurious units include spacious interiors, private balconies, and high speed Internet access. Many units have a garden or whirlpool tub, and the three bedroom Gulf front units feature wraparound balconies with panoramic beach views. The resort also includes tennis courts, shuffleboard, a childrens playground, and a seasonal beachside bar and grill. Beach service is complimentary from March through October, and guests may take advantage of complimentary DVD rentals from ResortQuest. Please note that a USD 135.24 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
