Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note that there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out.

Cleaning fee USD 78.84 for 1 bedroom, USD 106.99 for 2 bedroom, including tax. There is a USD 11.27 registration fee.
