Stayed for 5 days in April, 2012 When we got there the hot tub was NASTY and green and stunk and the pool had not been cleaned and there were several things that did not work properly in the house, like a noisy oven and a spitty sink, yet the home itself was clean and very well appointed. We tried to call the company that evening around 5pm to explain our concerns and noone got back to us until we finally called again in the morning. By that time someone had already come to clean the pool, but the hot tub had to be completely drained and that did not happen until later in the day. Also, we thought it was going to be a nicer in-ground hot tub that would be attached to the pool but it was a cheap, old, run down, yucked up funky hot tub that needed to be replaced. The property management company explained to us that the previous tenants had trashed the place and made the hot tub water green (yikes), yet they seemed to know about the spitty sink and the oven noise and did not seem bothered by it. They ended up giving us a 250 kickback in addition to our refunded deposit, so that was cool. Overall, it turned out good and we were happy and glad that they forked up a discount. The property was nice, relaxing, very quiet and private and the toilets were awesome. Although I liked the place overall, I don't think I would do business with the company again due to the issues that came up, some of which may have been beyond their control, but others, like not returning our phone call that first evening and not keeping the home in repair by fixing annoyances like the spitting sink and noisy oven, which I believe that knew were broken, should have been dealt with ahead of time.
