The location was very close to many restaurants, grocery stores and fairly close to downtown. We could walk there in approx. 20 minutes. I would recommend this property to anyone. Unfortunatly, the only drawback was the neighbor couple who lived behind this great place. The second day we were there, we heard this very loud talking, we didn't realize it was directed at us, until we heard her say "this is a quiet neighborhood". We couldn't believe she was talking to us because we were in the hot tub and it was only 5 in the afternoon. We thought she must of been having a bad day, until, 3 days later at 2 in the afternoon she was yelling at us again for having fun on our patio, swimming and hot-tubbing!!! We are NOT irresponsible people and this was uncalled for. I guess they complain for any little noise made by the people renting this property! We decided that we would not let them ruin our vacation and so ignored them. There were other incidents also in the 5 weeks that we were there, too numerous to mention. They also do not like children! The staff at Fun and Sun were very good at shielding the crazy neighbors calls and complaints about us. They knew what they were like and I'm sure took many phone calls about us having fun.They are a great group to work with, I just wish that we had been informed about the nieghbors, so it would not have been such a shock to us. We felt we did nothing wrong, we were a family enjoying our vacation! Do not let this deter you from renting this place. It is a lovely house.
