Our Home has meticulous attention to detail, and every aspect of the home is custom tile, stone, and woodwork. All aspects of the Home are brand new construction.

Many people have asked us if linens, beach towels and laundry facilities are onsite...yes they are. A large capacity washer and dryer is in the breezeway, as well as in the basement including detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Additional Activities: Our desire is to create a family or group setting where everything is right there....and you are the only ones using it. We are building hiking trails, deer and turkey fields with viewing areas (tree-stands, and blinds).
All amenities will be connected by pathways designed for walking and 4-wheelers. Due to the vast size of the property, the grounds are always under construction.


LifeJackets: about-20 total in various sizes: Infant, Youth, and Adult (S,M,L,XL,XXL)
Hot Tub, Beach Towels: about 20 beach towels (to be used outside, please do not use house towels for outside activities).
Movie Selection: we have DVD's and Digital Movies (used for the Theater Room). All TV's are designed for easy access for your I-pod movies, and any other DVD player you may have.
X-Box: there are several games, and wireless controllers onsite, however you should probably plan on bringing your own gaming system...since most kids are pretty picky about this stuff :)

Some people have asked if they can bring Archery equipment: this is fine. We have 3-D targets, and a designated shooting area. However the ultimate safety of your family is dependant on your own decision making in this regard.

The pond freezes over during the winter and is great for ice-skating. There is a wonderful hill in the front yard used for sledding. Our favorite time at the cabin is during the winter staying cozy by the fire while the show is falling. The hot-tub is used year round and our kids love playing in the snow (in swim suits) and then jumping in the hot tub. Snow-shoeing and snowmobiling are also fun. The snowmobiling trail runs through the top of our property and goes for miles. Ski resorts are 30 min. away (Shawnee Peak is the closest). The rates are lower in the winter...this place is really Maine's best kept secret.

NO HUNTING is allowed, and NO GUNS are allowed, unless previously arranged.

Payment Options: Must pay in full prior to your rental. Certified check or money order, EFT or personal check (if sent a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your stay).

Deposit: Half of the total cost.
