The Grand Master Bedroom Suite features a large master sleeping area with windows looking right onto the water, an oversized private bathroom with his and her sinks, large vanity area, a garden tub and large walk-in closet. The Grand Master Suite is completed with a partioned wet bar and hot tub area again looking onto the water, in addition a private deck featureing a three hole putting green, right at the waters edge. Three additional bedrooms (one a master suite with a private bath) are all located on the main floor. The main floor also includes the dining, living and kitchen areas with deck access. The lower level (man cave)is outfitted as a game room/sleeping area. A pool table, wet bar, tv and two sleeper sofas will provide for plenty of entertainment and enjoyment. The lower level also includes a full bath and access to the martini deck. Outside you will three decks including the private putting green, martini deck and upper deck, plenty of parking (five cars) and room for a couple of boat trailers. Dock to be delivered soon! This home is located in the heart of Osage Beach near the Grand Glaize Bridge, restaurants (Potted Steer, J. Brueners), attractions, golf and shopping (110 store outlet mall). Between the dates of 6/13/09 and 8/15/09 this property is only available for weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. From 1/1/09 to 6/12/09 there is a 3 night minimum with rentals beginning on any day of the week and from 8/16/09 to 12/31/09 there is a 3 night minimum with rentals beginning on any day of the week.

Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. Personal checks will only be accepted for payments made at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposit: 50% is required at the time of your reservation. The remaining 50% is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

Lodging Tax: Tax is 10.475% and includes local, state and lodging taxes. Reservations made after April 1st 2009 may be subject to a 2% Lodging Tax Increase.

Other Fees: A one time housekeeping fee of $185.00 is added to all rentals.

Other Policies: No property will be rented to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to cancellation or eviction with no refund given. Damage Deposit/Damage Waiver Fee: We now offer a Deposit Waiver Protection Plan at a cost of $35.00. The Deposit Waiver Protection Plan will cover up to $3,000 in accidental damages during your stay. This plan protects both you and the property owner from accidental damage. Any damage must be reported prior to departure or you will be charged upon discovery. Intentional or negligent damage will be charged to your credit card. All guests must have a valid credit card on file with the management office. If you choose to decline the Deposit Waiver Protection Plan you will be charged a $500.00 Damage Deposit payable no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. Your deposit will be refunded within 15 business days provided there is no damage to the unit.
