Very Nice A guest from Batesville, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2012 The house was very spacious and nice looking. We found someone's left behind dirty clothes under 1 bed. A marker and a couple playing cards in other spots so cleaning could be a little better. Beds were very hard and the covers were kind of scratchy. Ammenities were great for the kids, loved the lazy river and water slide. Close enough to Disney & Universal that it's a good deal plus it was a good price. I would stay there again. review of unit 303 Regal Palms FL A guest from winchester, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2012 Overall we had a fun stay in Florida. There were 8 of us in total (4 kids, 4 adults). We stayed 3 nights and spent most of the day at the theme parks which meant little chance to use the facilities at the resort but we saw the pool looked very nice. The unit itself while being clean, was not what we had expected. In the homeaway website, the pictures were of a very different unit which was advertised as being newly renovated last year and had a newer kitchen and furniture (leather couches). The one we ended up getting was clearly much older. The bath tubs did not drain well at all. I did verify the listing when I called to make the booking to make sure this was the one we would get because I had read reviews about the variability in unit quality. The booking agency itself did a good job in terms of responsiveness to questions prior to the trip and the check in/out process was very smooth.
