Our villa is situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek, yet only 15 minutes to Disney World. Just off the US 192 and US 27.

At the entrance to the estate there is a Winn Dixie supermarket with a pharmacy and photo processing, a pizza takeaway, bank and post office.

All the attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within easy reach. The beaches on the Atlantic Coast along with Kennedy space centre are only about an hours drive away. Busch Gardens and the Gulf coast resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in less than 90 minutes. Near by are several good Golf Courses.

The villa is fully equipped, renovated in 2004, beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool, which overlooks the conservation area to the rear, and as a bonus is south facing so very sunny!!.

The villa has a large family room with Digital TV/DVD player.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are 3 bedrooms :-
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, digital TV/dvd and full size walk in wardrobe. Full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, wardrobes. TV
Bedroom 3 has two Single Beds with TV/Playstation.
Bedroom 2 & 3 share a full Bathroom.For guests 7/8 there is a double bed settee in the lounge area
