Master bedroom with private bathroom and King bed. 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms both have King beds 4th Bedroom has 3 Twins and a Queen bed. This home sleeps 11 people and the unique floorplan makes for privacy and comfort for your entire group!

Stroll the walkway behind the house to a private, sandy beach right on the river. Perfect for fishing and swimming...or evening cocktails! Located right across the entrance to Squaw Valley, the location is fantastic! Minutes away from the many dining options, boutique shopping and art galleries of Squaw's Village, and the world-renown terrain of Squaw Valley USA Ski Area!

Ride your bike along the protected bike path, or go rafting and kayaking on the Truckee River...with everything so close by, you can do it all! This home has a 2 car garage, plenty of parking, and hi-speed wireless Internet! (connection not guaranteed.)

The majority of guests must be over the age of 25. Please know that reservations cannot be canceled once initial payment is received. We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 7% of the reservation total. If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip, you are covered!
