Curl up on the day beds overlooking the creek while a fire crackles in the volcanic rock fireplace. Slip into the eight person deluxe outdoor hot tub to unwind and relax while you listen to the babbling brook. Snow shoe or cross country ski in the meadow across the street.

In spring, summer or fall walk out onto the large deck for afternoon BBQ's or a nap in the hammock. Climb on the granite boulders in the creek (or the one that comes through the deck). Enjoy lots of flat grassy area for kids to play. The house is located on a flat cul de sac offering easy access during winter and an ideal playground for kids in summer.

Squaw Valley USA, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics, is a fabulous ski resort offering a broad range of terrain. We have skied all over the Lake Tahoe area and it is by far our favorite mountain. The Village at Squaw Valley has cobblestone pedestrian walks and hosts numerous restaurants and shops. There is a shuttle that takes skiers to and from the mountain and it stops just four houses down the street.

There are two bedrooms with king beds and a bunkroom that will accommodate up to six people. In addition, there are two day beds and a pullout couch in the living room. This house is ideal for one or two families with children and is sure to leave you with amazing memories of a fabulous vacation in the mountains!
