The first floor has a kitchen and a living room with sopha bed (queen size), a king size bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and veranda-garden. The bathroom has a shower. Air conditioning TV, washing machine, outdoor shower, private entrance. The beach is awarded by the Lega Ambiente 5 sails.

The house is yet only few minutes from stores and amenities, including a shop market, bar and some excellent restaurants.
From Noto Marina it’s possible to reach easily all of the most important and interesting places of the Val di Noto: Siracusa, Modica, Ragusa, Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo, etc
The main attractions are only a few kilometers:
Noto, famous baroque heritage of Unesco, is 5 kilometers, the beautiful Syracuse, the port of Ortigia, is just 30 minutes by car. Approximately 10 km you will reach the reserve Vendicari and its fantastic beach
