Payment Options: Payment in full one month before reservation date.

Cancellation 1 month before reservation date in order to receive refund -$100.00 administration fee.

Cancellation after 1 month, no refunds, payment credited towards next reservation.



Deposit: Payment in full one month before reservation date.

Lodging Tax: N/A

Other Fees: Mid-Week cleaning available upon request for an additional fee.

Garbage pick - up 2X a week and a re-stock of breakfast, and paper products done 2X a week.

Other Policies: No Smoking inside the cottage, no pets allowed.
