Inside on the 1st floor, you'll find one bedroom with 1-full bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, and the master bedroom with 1-queen bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This vacation property can be reserved with the mother-in-law suite for a 10-person occupancy, or without the mother-in-law suite for an 8-person occupancy at a reduced nightly rate during the period beginning April 1st through November 1st ONLY. Reservations WITHOUT the mother-in-law suite must be booked by phone, NOT on-line. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: This high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
